Michael directs the strategic positioning of the company. Previously, Michael gained venture capital experience while working for the HP Trust. There, he successfully completed several seed and startup private equity investments, mostly in the information technology field. He is also experienced as a knowledge worker in the financial services industry from his stints at PaineWebber and the Bayerische Vereinsbank, Munich, Germany. Michael received his BA in Business Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara and his MBA from the University of Regensburg, Germany.

Anand oversees the operating aspects of TriPlus and is responsible for product development. Anand has a background in designing and deploying products for the financial services market. He served as a principal and lead architect at the Portfolion Group, a developer of portfolio management technology, and was co-founder of ePlan, an online financial planning technology firm, acquired by Portfolion. Anand also has a background in building enterprise software applications with Oracle Corporation and Calico Commerce. He has been a consultant to organizations such as Charles Schwab, Motorola, and Honeywell. Anand has a BS in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University and an MBA from the Goizueta Business School of Emory University.
